We are a resource organization that begins developing relationships with the incarcerated while in prison, or at time of release, to assist them in their transition and journey into the community, and rebuilding a life outside. Our Clients who are returning citizens have access to all our resources.

-Transportation assistance for appointments
-Assistance with recovery treatment
-Help finding metal health and medical services
-Resources for finding housing and employment
-Document assistance
-Letters of reference
-Peer Navigator (Trained volunteers who help acclimate returning citizens)
-Spiritual assistance and support
-Access to self – help groups
